The BAYERN-GENETIK GmbH, internationally known as Bavarian Fleckvieh Genetics, is a leading Fleckvieh breeding organization located in the cradle of the Fleckvieh breed, Bavaria / Germany.
The company has two head offices, one in Munich (Upper Bavaria) and one in Landshut (Lower Bavaria).
Our main branch of business is the collection and trading of semen and embryos. In addition to that we also sell live cattle to North Africa, the Balcan States, Russia and many European countries. Our products are sold by distribtors throughout the world. In Germany and Austria we have about 18.000 members who buy semen and embryos directly from us.
Since we can look back on 60 years of trading semen wolrdwide, we know the business and will find suitable genetics for every farmers needs.
BAYERN GENETIK offers a wide variety of bulls to cover all needs of the farmers. Our portfolio includes dual purpose bulls that are suitable for purebreeding and crossbreeding and also beef bulls. Furthermore we try to introduce the polled gene into the Fleckvieh dairy population.
It is our ambition to support cattle farmers in optimizing their profit wherever possible. So we do not only sell our products but also share our expertise with our clients.
